At Mines Services Suriname, Account Managers play a key role in 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞.
Our customers come to us for solutions, which means you need to 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 how products are used, 𝐰𝐡𝐲 certain choices work better than others and 𝐡𝐨𝐰 to advise customers correctly based on their situation.
You are responsible for managing your group of customers, keeping them informed, following up on requests and making sure they can rely on us.
That requires 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 across different regions and industries in #Suriname.
